José is a Consultant at BOLDT BPI in Brussels, primarily specializing in European elections, Agri-food policy and energy policy and regulation, with a focus on the European Green Deal. He was previously a trainee consultant at BOLDT. Before moving to Brussels, he worked as a journalist in Portugal for two years, developing a broad understanding of political communication and the relationship between media and politics, particularly within the context of the European Union.

José holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Católica-Lisbon’s School of Business and Economics and a master’s degree in Journalism from Católica University’s Faculty of Human Sciences in Lisbon, Portugal.
