Erik brings over 20 years of international experience in strategic communication, public affairs and digital excellence, spanning life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, agriculture and financial services. He held key roles at industry leaders including Syngenta Group, Roche, Novartis, and Zurich Insurance.
Erik’s expertise encompasses R&D and sustainability communications, change management, and organisational development.
He holds an MS in Science Communication from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an Executive MSc in Corporate Communications from the University of Lugano, Switzerland.
