Sigurd Grytten
Sigurd Grytten has over 20 years of experience advising top executives, leadership teams, and organizations on strategic positioning, executive communication, public affairs, and crisis management.
He has particular expertise in energy, power, and the green transition, and has contributed to national reports such as the Business Perspective Report for the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and the Western Norway Perspective Reports (2019 and 2021).
Prior to joining Boldt, Sigurd was Chairman and Partner at Try Råd, CEO of Burson-Marsteller Norway, Partner at Zynk, and a Member of Parliament for the Labour Party. He has significant board experience, including five years as Chairman of Ruter, leading the company through critical phases during the pandemic.
Sigurd holds degrees in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Bergen and has completed executive leadership programmes at WPP in New York and INSEAD in Paris
