He is a former journalist with experience from TV and as a political reporter. Respected as a strategic adviser he is an expert in issues and crisis management. Nikolaj has vast experience in brand positioning and in change communications for many local as well as multinational clients.
He was CEO Burson-Marsteller, Denmark, for three years and later for Halo, an agency created with the merger of Burson-Marsteller and Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Denmark.
