His focus is on how organisations go about rediscovering their Purpose and how they embed it as a driver of business performance.
Geoff’s 25-year worldwide career culminated in his role as Unilever’s Global Vice President Human Resources, Talent, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability & Water. Here he gained real practical insights into how to transform an organisation with Purpose at its core. He passionately believes, through his own lived experience in Unilever, that Purpose can transform the performance of organisations. He brings this lived practitioner experience to his advisory role at BOLDT.
Alongside this, Geoff campaigns and consults globally in tackling the stigma of work-place mental ill-health, having given keynotes and executive team engagements in over 15 countries. He is the Co-Founder of the ‘Minds@Work’ network, as well as being an advisor and patron to numerous employee well-being campaigns, taskforces and startups.
We all have a unique gift to give to the world and we realise that gift when we answer the question “why was I born”, and as Carl Jung said “I am what I choose to become.”
