We have an opportunity for an outstanding and experienced Assistant to join our fast-growing team in Brussels for a 5 months fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.

Job description: 

  • Assisting the Partners on a day to day basis, (calendar management, meeting organisation, travel organisation, private tasks, …) 
  • Finance: Follow-up of the in and out monthly invoicing, introduce the payments, assisting preparing the monthly finance reporting, management of Workbook (time management system), Cashflow analysis 
  • HR tasks (contact point for the social security)
  • Office Management (Make sure the office is running smoothly)

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional who is discreet and flexible. You have 5-10 years’ experience in assisting high level Executives. Most of all, you look forward to joining a great team of highly motivated people who work well together.

You know the Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite, you speak at least two languages (including an excellent command of English) and you are problem solver.

Starting date: 1 July 2019
