She is a lawyer turned public affairs professional specialising in environment, energy and emissions reductions. Before joining BOLDT, she was Senior Policy Adviser for Energy Technologies Europe.
Ermenegilda was involved in the UNFCCC as a negotiator for Pacific Small Island Developing States under the Paris Agreement and the UNEP under the Vienna Convention on Ozone Depleting Substances. She also worked on the Sustainable Development Goals.
In an EU context, Ermenegilda worked on the Clean Energy Package, Fluorinated Gas Regulations, Waste to Energy, Energy Storage and the Circular Economy.
Before moving to Europe, she practiced law in Sydney.
